Hooty is an all-in-one childminding management platform designed specifically for registered childminders and early years practitioners in the UK. It brings together everything you need to run a safe, compliant, and organised childminding setting into a single, beautifully simple workspace.

From the moment a child joins your setting, Hooty helps you capture and store all the information you need — medical records, emergency contacts, dietary requirements, consent forms, and more. Day-to-day, you can take registers with a single tap, log accidents and incidents, track medication administration, and monitor attendance patterns at a glance. Hooty also includes a full safeguarding module with concern reporting and a DSL dashboard, a development tracker aligned to the EYFS framework, visitor sign-in, compliance tracking for DBS and First Aid certificates, and SEND support tools designed around real childminder workflows.
